Behavioural Limits: AI should not be designed intentionally to mimic human emotions, identities or decision-making that affects an individual personally. AI is to be designed strictly as a tool.

Safety Limits: Companies must be required to go through vigorous testing to check for breaches of privacy, and ensure that the data being used to develop AI is from public sources.
