I am opposed to any further expenditures by ITID on litigation associated with the proposed Minto Development.

Could you please just stick to the task at hand...maintaining what you already have! If you didnt want Minto to have the land, you should have bought it from Callery...too late now...get over it. Try working WITH instead of against. You need all the help you can get..
