I just got the news that AC/DC is officially confirmed to play the halftime show. I am honestly stunned that this actually happened because it belongs entirely to the hundreds of you who brought the noise. Keep your eyes on the stage because we pushed for this to happen.

I honestly thought this might just be a private pipe dream but one hundred people have actually signed on for this. It is truly humbling to see that so many others want to hear some real rock at halftime.

I am so excited for next year's Super Bowl!! Especially if AC/DC will play at the halftime show!
AC/DC Rules - it's about time they consider adding some Rock n Roll to the 1/2 Time performances!
AC/DC would have been the best pick for this year's Superbowl...an iconic band loved by millions, and they even have a song about playing ball! Let's fix this mistake next year, Superbowl.
the SB os an American event & should b done by American artist in my belief BUT I'd totally make an exception for AC/DC
AC/DC is simply the perfect band for this gig, and pop music simply has no place at sporting events.

It's about time the Super Bowl has a band for halftime that can match or even exceed the intensity of action on the playing field!!!
I am so excited for next year's Super Bowl!! Especially if AC/DC will play at the halftime show!
