Military Members and US Citizens who own Microsoft's XBOX gaming system and stationed overseas. Having problems getting access to Downloadable Content( DLC ) on XBOX Live Marketplace Please sign this petition and make a difference. There are literally thousands of us that can't access this content due to being stationed overseas. Most are Gold members who do not get the full Gold Member benefits that come along with the yearly fee. I have personally messaged Marc Whitten, GM of XBOX Live. Still waiting on a reply from him. These are the questions that were asked to Marc Whitten. When will Microsoft provide a way to allow military members to access DLC in XBOX Live Marketplace Is Microsoft actually working this issue, or is this something that is low on the priority list How can Microsoft justify charging the same membership fees for only partial access to DLC Is their a way to develop a "patch" to allow us access to DLC This was not a problem until last April's update.
