We are doctors who are concerned about the coming school year. We care deeply about the physical and mental health of the students, teachers, and staff in our state. We understand that the coronavirus pandemic brings challenges like no other and know the importance of keeping community transmission low. Whether we favor virtual or in-person school, a successful year will require resources. Governor Wolf, you received $104 million for education in April, 2020, and the vast majority remains unallocated for spending. The schools of Pennsylvania desperately need these resources. Please act swiftly to allocate these resources.
