I fully support the dispensary at 761 Bryant street. It serves a community need. I know Access SF has worked diligently for the last two years to get this service off the ground, with no official outcome. It is time to bring the medical cannabis industry out of the shadows. Access SF is run by two San Francisco residents who are vested in the community. They have followed all the rules. Surely their efforts and the service they will provide should be encouraged and fostered. In stark contrast to some of the other options of unregulated, uncontrolled chaos that awaits should an infrastructure to legally purchase medical cannabis not be in place once recently passed legislation comes into effect.

I whole heartedly support this location and these two professionals furthering their mission to provide safe access. We need more small businesses like them.

This might be a little wordy, since i can't help but feel a certain way about this, so forgive me.
These fine men might have come to you to seeking permission to dispense the medicinal needs to the chronically ill, but they have continually gave back so much more to your communities. Countless hours of outreach and tirelessly supporting minorities in SoMa that so frequently are discriminated against and forced silent.
And now it's a shame to see, that 2 men could work so hard, follow every regularization and law... not to mention moral and ethical code.... only to be punished themselves. And for what? Bureaucratic uncertainty? This is the equivalent of stopping a a family man from opening his local grocery he's been planning for years to support myself and his family, because a Walmart is coming to town. It's not right, and more people in this community needs to stand bind them , as they have for us.
To be clear, while they more than deserve it, no one here is demanding or pleading for anyone to "give" them a license. That's up to your sound judgement, as our governing leaders... but what we are saying is... the deserve their fair hearing without further imposed delay.
Today, I don't stand behind Access in support of them, I stank in front of them. And raise my voice as a proud member of the LGBTA community in the defense of these fine men- as they have repeatedly for us.

I fully support the addition of a dispensary in SOMA at 761 Bryant Street. It would be the closest dispensary for many patients living east of Bryant Street.
