Keep the Earth Sciences Admin Team in the Department during the Academic Restructure and move to the School of Engineering, Physical and Mathematics

I feel that this restructure will not help with my desired degree path and that it will be detrimental to the college in general

Life sciences is not appropriate for an Earth Sciences department with such a chemistry and physics basis.

We have such a close-knit department. It would be a shame to lose the community feel. The admins are vital for the day-to-day running and need to be kept in the department. Other universities have Earth Sciences in their school of physical sciences, mathematics, engineering etc... associating our department with life sciences diminishes the emphasis on the physics and mathematical aspects of the course.
