Yes, please do this, as a former Landlord its important to nurture your tenants especially well paying, popular tenants that run a successful and thriving business. It's not only fostering a better relationship its helping keep a business exactly where its at, but it also keeps a steady income for you. Good tenants are worth the extra work!

We drive from Chambersburg to eat there a lot!!! We love them! Please update their AC so we can all be comfy while we eat and while they cook & serve!!!

It gets very uncomfortably hot in the restaurant on certain hot days outside to the point I don't go on those days
