Please buy an ac unit for the customer and employees at the restaurant so it is not hot and we can all enjoy it cool in the summer and not hot and sweating!!

With all cooking being done in the front where the guests can see it becomes hot in the seating area and almost unbearable at times.

I petition for air conditioning for Issei Noodle. It is a treasure of well made food Japanese/Vietnamese style.

I ate here for the first time a couple weeks ago (just moved to the area). I thought, “this food is great, but wow it’s really warm in here!” My face was very flushed. Especially when you get a warm dish. As a customer, it’s not a comfortable environment, but I’m even more concerned for those who work here.

I tend to not eat here in the summer because it's so hot, I can't imagine how the workers do it.
