You know how schools have heating for the colder months? Well, why don't they have Air Conditioning for the Warmer months?
The schools do put up those cheap fans that don't reach the end of the room even when on high power, bringing ice to cool yourself off melts in 10 minutes and when teachers tell you to bring you own fan, don't: the next day they'll be shouting at you saying to put that "toy" away.
The office gets A/C, so why don't the classes?
