TOTAL GARBAGE. the system is rigged against innocent people who just had a bad neighbor make a fake call. fix this now.
my husband is going through the same thing right now and it is ruining our lives. please get this changed.
people need to be able to clear there names. having a black mark for life over something that never happened is crazy.
proven unfounded should mean it gets deleted. period. why is this even a question?
So sick of how easy it is for anyone to call and ruin a persons career without any proof. needs a total overhaul.

This happened to my sister. she was never even charged but she lost her job at the daycare because of a false report. Its so unfair that this stays on your record forever.
