I've just received a copyright complain from YouTube that G1NMENA has claimed over it. I cut a 3mins funny part of a serial and I have no idea as how they could claim for the copyright... this's a false claim and I would like to see that Youtube close down their account due to the false claim.

G1NMENA is so close to end just guys please dispute all the claims. if you dispute G1NMENA claims, this scammer can not takedown your videos at first but this way YouTube will see it and will take u=into the effect. Just dispute and we will win.
IRIB has officially announced that no network has any contract with us. If youtube do NOT stop G1NMENA we will take issue to supreme court of United States.

According to Circular 38a of the U.S. Copyright Office, Iran has no official copyright relations whatsoever with the United States.
Published works originating in Iran thus are not copyrighted in the United States, regardless of the local copyright laws of these countries. See 17 U.S.C. § 104(b)(2), quoted in the Circular. this bastard G1NMENA should be executed for fraud on claiming copyrights to other peoples u tube videos... and if someone uploads a video on a green screen...ITS FREE or thats entrapment... why else would it be on a greenscreen if not free to use.

It is claimed that G1NMENA has a contract with Iranian TV. How YouTube is sure of validity of the contract? Who is legally entitled to sign on behalf of a governmental organization like Iranian TV?
