To whom it may concern, My name is Noel A. Bednaz and I have a dilemma. An individual by the name of Dennis P. McCann has continuously been in flagrant violation of Yahoo and AOL terms of service. I feel it\'s high time they took a more serious and extreme approach to his harmful actions. Dennis has been stalking and harassing me off and on for the past 3 years and has yet to stop this abusive behavior. I\'m not his only victim. Dennis has stalked and harassed many other individuals, created lies, and smeared people, all for sport. Recently I heard that Yahoo locked him out of all the groups he moderates. Somehow, he managed to get them back. However, I learned shortly after that he lost them AGAIN for the second time thanks to the many reports that were filed against him. Now the goal is to get his slanderous website about me removed permanently. All I want is for the current abuse against me to stop. I want my life back which this stalker has almost literally destroyed with all his lies and privacy invasion. AOL and Yahoo MUST assist in stopping this man before it\'s too late. Thank you!
