The updates are very important to us as a whole. It's what we use most likely even more often than we use the chats itself. Now, this doesn't mean we want you to get rid of the chats and only have the updates. This means we want BOTH. The updates was the place we could know all the important things going on in a friend/coworker/acquaintance's life, and it would be for everyone to see, not just one person or having to make a group chat just to let everybody know what's happening. Group chats can get very crowded and no one wants all those notifications constantly. Most people end up leaving or say they can't be in it because of that. With the updates, however, it's much more easily accessible and isn't extremely frustrating to work with. You can also delete the update if you want to, but you can't delete something you send in a group chat. Not only that, but the chats glitch out and sometimes messages are either not sent for a very long time or are never sent at all. Updates work most of the time. If you need an example of why the updates are important, then here's one for you: My friend figured out she was being cheated on because of the updates. See, the updates do good things for us. It'd be nice to have Lifestream back as well, which I assume the updates are gone because you were too lazy to fix it after you deleted the Lifestream, and if that's not the case then either way. Because one was gone, the other had to go too.. Lifestream was the only way I could delete people's comments if they said something I didn't like/inappropriate or find other people I may want to talk to. We also want the search bar back when you do bring Lifestream back. It's way more efficient to find the people you're looking for. Making these changes would make your users very happy, If not, then you're probably going to be losing a large amount not too long from now. Thank you for your time.
