This is a petition to remove lately instated rule Sec. 4-40 (c) "Sale at where dancing allowed" in Knoxville, TN.

Allow moshing to continue at local venues where concerts play and alcohol is sold, with signs enforcing, "enter stage at your own risk" to relieve themselves of liability. Liability in case of injury is the sole responsibility of that individual and not the venue where the event is held.
