Where are the law reformers. If they wants to change India morally and spiritually then they first have to be changed. But anti-conversion law is having no moral.

In our Indian constitution , it provides us religious rights to live peacefully in the society . And India is a secular state which provides us the equality which makes us different among all . The identity of India should not be spoiled . Thank you .

मै धर्म परिवर्तन विधेयक जो कि झारखंड सरकार द्वारा लाया जा रहा है उसका पुरजोर विरोध करता हूँ।
में सरकार से कुछ सवाल करना चाहता हूं जो है-
प्रस्तावित ‘धर्मांतरण निषेध बिल' पर झारखण्ड सरकार पहले निम्न बिन्दुओं को स्पष्ट करे :-
1. धर्मांतरण बिल लाने के पीछे क्या उद्देश्य हैं और उसको लाने के क्या सामाजिक, आर्थिक, सांस्कृतिक आधार हैं, सरकार को आंकड़ों के साथ पेश करना चाहिए ।
1. भारत के हर धर्म हिन्दू, मुस्लिम, सिख, जैन, बौद्ध, आदि धर्म, ईसाई, सरना धर्म , आदि को परिभाषित करना चाहिए ।
2. किन-किन धर्मों पर या किन-किन धर्मों के लिए यह कानून लागू होगा, यह स्पष्ट होना चाहिए ?
3. “अंधविश्वास” की क्या परिभाषा होगी ?
4. “हस्त-रेखा और अन्य ज्योतिषीय उपाय” क्या अंधविश्वास के दायरे में आयेंगे या नहीं ?
4. धर्मान्तरित व्यक्ति की ‘पहचान’ कैसे होगी यह स्पष्ट होना चाहिए।
5. धमकी और लालच (प्रलोभन) को परिभाषित करना चाहिए।
6. धर्मान्तरण और घर-वापसी को परिभाषित करना चाहिए।
7. क्या सरकार हर झारखंडी के लिए “धर्म-प्रमाण पत्र” जारी करेगी ?
8. विकास में धर्मान्तरण कैसे बाधा है , सरकार को इसे स्पष्ट करना चाहिए ।
9. धर्मान्तरण कानून और भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक कानून में मूलतः क्या अंतर है सरकार को इसे स्पष्ट करना चाहिए।
10. सरकार द्वारा मसना, सरना-स्थल आदि का घेराव क्या प्रलोभन की परिधि में नहीं आयेंगे ?
11. आये दिन धार्मिक जुलुस निकाले जाते हैं उनपर भी सरकार अपना मंतव्य स्पष्ट करे, और क्या ये धर्मान्तरण निषेध कानून की जद में नहीं आयेंगे ?
12. टीवी पर के आस्था चैनेलों का क्या स्टेटस होगा, यह भी सरकार को बताना पड़ेगा।
13. “धर्म प्रचार” और “धर्मान्तरण” के बीच की पतली रेखा को कैसे परिभाषित करेंगे ?
14.अगर सरकार इन पर कोई स्पष्टीकरण नहीं देती है, तो क्या यह नहीं समझा जायेगा कि यह “राजनीतिक बिल” है, जिसका उद्देश्य सिर्फ सीएनटी संशोधन से उत्पन्न डैमेज का ‘डैमेज कण्ट्रोल’ के रूप में राजनीतिक फसल काटने का अपना “वोट बैंक” के स्थायित्व के लिए लाया जा रहा है ?
15. क्या प्रस्तावित बिल संविधान के अनुच्छेद 25(1) में देश के प्रत्येक नागरिक को दिए गए धर्म की स्वतन्त्रता के मौलिक अधिकार का हनन नहीं है ?
(16) क्या यह बिल संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ के "आदिवासी अधिकार घोषणा पत्र"

Freedom of Religion is a personal matter of ones conscience, and requires great courage for a government to acknowledge this basic human right. Only when this is left to individual conscience apart from government coercion or limitation can citizens have true freedom of religion.

I am against forced conversion but then if an adult come forward, it is fundamental right, no one should stop.
