If you've: - Paid for a Connection fee. - Paid for all the hardware. - Paid your monthly service accounts. You should not have to pay a Termination fee for cancelling a service prior to contract end. These contracts are anti-competitive and restrict the consumer from enacting their freedom to choose a product that may better suit their needs.
