Be It Enacted by The People of the State of Oklahoma to abolish all voting machines from state, county, precinct, and/or school board level elections. Enact the use of encrypted paper ballots with hand counting/auditing calculations only. Adopt the following minimum guidelines for all future elections:
1. Clean Voter Rolls
2. Ban Electronic Voting Equipment
3. VoterID + State Issued ID + Citizenship + Residence Verification + Paper Ballots Only
4. Ban Mail-In Voting (exceptions: military/medical)
5. Ban Early Voting
6. Keep Precinct Minimums < 1200
7. Ban Ballot Harvesting
8. One Holi-Day = Election Day
9. Increased Transparency
10. Prison Sentence for Fraud
