£300 a day and the Liberals are going to camp in for five days..90 of them. The taxpayer will pay them £135,000. Unelected, obscene. They will also be given food and booze. They must go

The House of Lords is willing to protect EU citizens, without any reciprocal agreement from the EU, this their way of frustrating the wish of the voters, the have no regard for democracy just their own interests, and those of their EU friends. This out dated NON ELECTED bunch of self opinionated individuals should be abolished forthwith.

High handedness of these people has to be seen to be believed. Majority vote was to leave E.U. Lets get on with it and support our Prime Minister in her job.

the house of lords could not give a dame about what the British people think. Unelected dictators reminds me of the EU.

Although I'm not happy the way this brexit vote has been conducted it has been decided by the majority however slight this was. The lords can go and their wages can be redistributed. Also the lords had a vote as I did but how is it they are allowed two bites of the cherry

Democratically elected politicians, carrying out the wishes of the British public, as voted for in the referendum, should not be stopped from this task by unelected wealthy elites, who have a vested interest in the EU, and are biased because of their financial ties.

The House of lords originally agreed to allow the EU referendum vote. They should not now interfere with the democractic result the people gave, just because the vote didn't go their way. the house of Lords is an expensive UNELECTED, UNDEMOCRATIC and UNWANTED institution which is totally out of touch with the democratic will of the British People, therefore is unfit for purpose. Abolish it now.
