To the Citizens of Massachusetts:

We the undersigned are urging you to join us in the fight for the right to be unbelted.

Making seatbelts mandatory is a basic violation of our civil rights, a hindrance of our freedom of choice, and another example of how the government is abusing the taxpayer in the Commonwealth.

The state of Massachusetts has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue over the last decade as a direct result of fines due to the enforcement of the seatbelt laws.

Some times seatbelts save lives, some times they don’t. Some people prefer to wear them, others would choose not to (if they were not denied this freedom)! We are here to draw the line. To blow the whistle on an outrageous mandate.

So please, if you value your rights as promised to you in the Constitution, sign our petition to get the elimination of seatbelt regulations on the next ballot in MA.
