We don't wear coats to take a stand against the school rules. We wear coats because we're cold.
If this petition gains traction (>50 signatures) it will be sent to the sixth form leadership team.
By signing, you agree that:
- you dislike unnecessary rules
- coats should not be confiscated from sixth form students, unless they have been asked to remove it already by a teacher in a classroom
- sixth formers should be allowed to wear coats in the Darwin centre, upstairs and downstairs, in corridors, and outside
- students who have had a coat confiscated have the right to get it back at any time, since it is their private property to keep them warm and NOT a distraction like a phone
