I am honestly a bit stunned to see how many people feel the same way about keeping our coastlines open. This momentum belongs entirely to the community that stepped up to say public land should remain public.

I grew up coming here every summer but now it's getting too expensive for my family to even visit for the day. really sad.
it makes no sense. clean it up and let us enjoy it. tired of paying for stuff that should be public property
the beach belongs to everyone not just the people who can afford a badge. kids need a place to go in the summer
Ridiculous. We pay taxes already why should I pay to touch the sand? Just another way for the town to rip us off.

Exactly. Stop charging for the ocean.
