The fact that the court allows Publc defender Richard Young to continue to practice as a Lawyer in this town is beyond me!! The man dosn't even pretend to defend his clients . He disregards when constitutional rights are not allowed in many cases. He never does as a client asks him to do, and I have a feeling that there will be a few people that will agree! It is called inafective asistance of counsel, and if you have had a bad experience wih this man , please sign this petition so that we can attempt to disbar this man!
