I am one of many young swimmers in Aberdeen who is very upset at the thought of not being able to keep up my swimming training if the council close many pools and restrict the use of others. In a time when the council are promoting health and fitness to us at school - it doesn't make sense to close the very pools which are keeping swimmers fit! Like most dedicated young swimmers I have spent loads of early mornings training in local pools, before going to school - please allow us to continue doing this and keep representing our clubs and city at meets in the future!!
