I am not in favor of this new development.

Happy resident of 15 years—suffice to say, if this proceeds, likely going to trigger a move elsewhere.

I am opposed.

This is way to dense for this location. The last time Abele worked back there, there was serious wetland violations. any plan should have adequete and sufficient buffers for existing residents on Southbury, Hiawatha and ChristinaMarie. What about the traffic on Crescent, will anything be done about that. there are other projects to the west of this that will only make Crescent road traffic worse.

We moved to the "town" of Clifton Park, not the city of Clifton Park.

This project will only result in profit to the builder and additional cost to taxpayers. It won't bring any new revenue and the traffic in this area already exceeds the capacity these streets can reasonably handle.

This will be damaging to our whole community!!

Keep this a single family home neighborhood!

Abele Brothers knew what the property was zoned for when they bought it. I didn't buy a home in the "City" of C.P., I bought in the town. Let them build in their own neighborhoods if they feel the apartments are so necessary.

Traffic on Crescent getting off the Northway is already a problem. As others have stated, it can be the worst part of my commute to/from Albany each day. I'm also concerned about clearing of the land, which will increase the noise from the Northway and disturb animal habitats. I strongly encourage the Planning Board to reject this zoning proposal for an apartment complex, as well as any proposal to open up Christinamarie Drive.

The traffic on Crescent Road is already congested. The worse part of my commute to downtown Albany is often from my house off Moe Rd. to the Northway and this will make it much worse. The zoning definitely shouldn't be changed.

While I do not oppose the Abele Brothers' right to develop their property, I wholly oppose the current proposal. Apartment dwellers, almost by definition, do not develop the same community ties and pride as homeowners. Traffic is already badly cobfested

That area was zoned for single family homes for a reason. I am opposed to the apartment complex being built.

I have lived in Crescent Estates for over 15 years and have seen a huge increase in traffic. We do not need an apartment complex to add to it.

I do not approve of the rezoning for an apartment complex.

I oppose the proposal to rezone for the purposes of an apartment complex. Okte, and our local infrastructure cannot support another 94 families.
