Abandoned property

This abandoned property is a hazard to the neighborhood and Santa Monica.

I live on 22st and Washington, right around the corner and have seen homeless people milling around this abandoned house.

This property is a dangerous and unhealthy eyesore. The city must enforce the health and safety codes.

The rats living at the vacant house are coming to my house on 23rd Street

Please condemn this property. It attracts rats and crime in the middle of a residential neighborhood.

Rats are an increasing problem in our neighborhood. Properties being allowed to stay in this condition don't help.
