I am very supportive of the abandonment of the County's right of way at Swiftwater Drive. Our neighborhood cannot support the proposed increase of traffic in a safe manner.

Main concerns are 1) safety, 2) impact to handicapped residents during construction, 3) property value impact, 4) aesthetics (tree impact)

Please abandon this right of way. It is not safe for our neighborhood.

For just a safety issue, please abandon this right of way!!!!

This is a very important, much needed decision as utilization of the right of way is unnecessary and would greatly reduce public safety.

Do not use Swiftwater as a thru street to another development!!!!

This amount of crashes around the light at Raspberry and Rt 15 is going to wild.
