We are writing in order to tell you (again) that the Internet is not optimally functioning. It has been weeks now - since we arrived at the end of January - that we have had problems with the Internet. The actual Internet speed is EXTREMELY low and barely allows us to surf the web. It is clearly stated in the contracts we all signed that the Internet is provided with the rent of the room; the speed is not mentioned in the contract but we are in 2013, which means the Internet speed is expected to be high. Generally, you have not fulfilled your part of the contract concerning that point. As a consequence, we all ask for a discount on the next payment due April 1st equivalent to the January and February Internet fees. You can figure out this amount by yourselves, but it must be realistic and honest of course. Furthermore, after the problem is definitely fixed, we thought it could be a good idea to change the network password as it may have been used for years and given to the neighbours.
