Dr. Conley is a passionate scholar and student-centered educator who has already made a big impact at Regis. It would be a great loss to the school and students if he leaves because a pregnant position is not offered to him.

I just finished my my last class with Dr. Conley. Not only is he an amazing professor, but he is a role model to us. From the first day that we walked into class he made us feel like fellow academics. He talked to us as adults and always encouraged us to take what we learned and apply it outside of class. Throughout the course of the semester there were many times where fellow students and I would talk outside of class (at lunch, walking home, even working out) about the topics and ideas that Dr. Conley had brought up. We really engaged with the class,which is what we are here to do. He is one of the best, don't let him get away!

Dr. Conley's classes were by far two of my favorites I took this year and I rave about him to everyone. He is more concerned with how we learn and how we can use our knowledge outside of the classroom rather than throwing way too much content at us! He is passionate about what he teaches and it really shows.

Dr. Conley has helped me tremendously throughout this semester. He is very interested in how people learn and how they apply the knowledge rather than giving a lot of information for students to memorize. He teaches critical thinking skills, writing skills, and many other things that are more valuable in my opinion. He is very observant and is very receptive to the students' opinions and views. He is so respectful and he is one of my favorite teachers here at Regis University.

I have taken many classes with Dr. Conley from my freshman year up to my final semester of my senior year. Dr. Conley is an amazing professor who is receptive to the opinions, views and lives of his students. He is a well rounded professor of which you can tell puts his whole heart and soul into his profession. My experience at Regis within my religion and RCC classes would not have been the same if were not for Dr. Conley. He is a truly essential member of the Regis University staff and deserves a permanent teaching position at this university.

Dr. Conley has impacted my growth and learning both academically and personally through his courses that I have taken since I was a Freshman here at Regis. Next year I will be a senior ready to finish up my college education, and I wouldn't be the person I am today without the contributions he made to my learning. Dr. Conley is everything that Regis University stands for, in a nutshell. He has cultivated an insight that is profound and that can be related to any discipline here at Regis. Yet he hasn't stopped his cultivation, as he attempts to learn from his students and the life he is living on a daily basis. Regis would benefit from his wise and relevant course material. A course with this professor isn't limited to theory or ideas, but he enables his students to take their learning into their lives in order to build a greater future for themselves and the world.

I feel that Regis would be loosing a devoted an knowledgeable professor if they do not reconsider their decision to hire him. He is devote to the students and his profession; it would be a shame to let him go.
