We certainly have to keep current, but the current process is certainly not helpful. It has no reflection on the reality of practice. If I don't know what is wrong with a patient, I simply don't make a guess and move on to the next one without followup.

The current process is a box checking exercise. It is not indicative of true life-long learning. Keeping current is very important, but the MOC process is expensive and time-consuming and not helpful at all.
