The cost of the CPC seems to just be a Ponzi scheme as it’s coupled with the “mandatory” modules and an additional cost. These should be greatly reduced and modules should only become mandatory IF someone fails the CPC exam.

A no confidence vote must be reaffirmed with a resolution for support, since with unity there is strength.
