American Airlines Fleet Service Department Clerks or Fleet Service Crew Chiefs who are dissatisfied the representation of TWU has been providing for the past 10 years since 9-11. All the cuts without any givebacks and all the dishonesty from the TWU International and Local levels have been overwhelming. Now TWU is taking more from us through the 4.8 % that have been negotiated AA. After receiving information about the 4.8 equity at the meetings you feel the TWU is wrongfully taking money they are not entitled to and are dissatisfied with the committee’s decision on how to disburse our money. There is no trust in representation provided by the TWU and you feel our money and benefits being ripped away because of the lack of proper representation at the International Level are unjust and the leadership has faulted. Change needed it is now! It’s the time to make a change from TWU.
