Please drop the Binsted option and leave this village and the surrounding countryside in peace.

Please consider other options than spoiling quality countryside

Absolutely shocked that this is even a contention. It is the wrong place for a bypass you are spoiling the village and ruining many lives if you go ahead.

My grandparents have lived in binsted for as long as I can remember. It's a gorgeous place and should not be ruined by yet another road!

I reject any route for the Arundel bypass through Binsted village and its countryside. Please find a different route.

Please do not destroy this beautiful corner of the country with its precious wetlands, peace and abundance of wildlife. Surely quality of life has a place beside efficiency? Drop the Binsted option, please.

Just creating more and more roads is not the solution.

I do not support any bypass for Arundel. It's time to put the 'problem' into perspective. Most of the time the traffic is fine and at busy times the longest my journey has been increased is only 10 minutes. The traffic has got lighter in recent years too. It is not worth destroying more countryside just so people can get to their destination 10 mins quicker!

Why destroy this village when there are viable alternatives? Haven't we done enough raping of our beautiful countryside?

I live very close to Binsted. It is a beautiful area of English countryside and should not be ruined for a new road. There are plenty of other bypass options for Arundel, including overpasses and/or underpasses.

Easy option being route1 is ignored in favour of the most disruptive route 4. Please use commonsense.

Binsted is a lovely unspoilt area and to put a bypass through it would be desecration.

Please select a route which protects the villages and local Sussex heritage.

The other options are far more sensible and proportionate.
