Stop the Arundel Bypass - Save Arundel's Countryside

Option 5A will destroy places of natural beauty and our wonderful wildlife! Why is this generation determined to destroy everything green!

Save Binsted village!

I believe that this is an unacceptable plan to destroy land of significant historical and ecological importance.

Typical English village which is unfortunately fast disappearing from the English countryside.Pleas keep Binsted as pretty as it is today forever!

Absolutely against this, it'll ruin so many small businesses and homes that have been loved for years.

The congestion caused at Crossbush needs a solution, but constructing a bypass on this scale through beautiful countryside and our villages is unnecessary.

Binsted is a beautiful local village, a wonderful home to many. Option 5a is an abhorrent disregard of a local area, wildlife, way of life and community on all levels. Complete disregard for rural Britain sets an ignorant and unhealthy precedent. Damage done can never be rolled back. Option 5a is not an option at all.

I've worked in Binsted for several years and would be very sad to see the village torn apart. A new by-pass would only move the congestion problem further along the A27 leaving an ugly scar on this beautiful part of the countryside.

I think saving ancient woodland, rural villages and peoples homes is far more important than another road. Maybe consider investing the vast sum of money for the proposed bypass will cost into reliable affordable regular public transport ?

Please don't destroy this wonderful rural idyll - it is not worth sacrificing our green and pleasant land for the sake of bigger roads that only encourage more cars until you end up with the same problem down the line.

Please approve option 1. The least damaging to our gradually diminishing countryside

We cannot afford to lose anymore wildlife , when is it going to end , in my lifetime we have lost 50% of our wildlife, scary thought !!

please carefully consider everything that will be affected by this bypass. you will never be able to turn back the clock.

Do not forever destroy the precious landscape of Binsted for an unsustainable transport policy.

All of the options aren't ideal, destroying the ancient woodland in some way but this is the worst of the lot. We have so little left of our ancient woodland and it is so incredibly important to the ecosystem and biodiversity of our area. I recognise there is an issue with bottlenecking through Arundel but there really does have to be another way of solving this without ruining our surrounding countryside.
