We have less % trees in the UK than anywhere in Europe other than Ireland. That alone is enough to stop oftion 5a

This has to be reconsidered in order to protect one of our few remaining ancient woodlands and this important community.

We most urgently need to protect the special qualities of The South Downs National Park by opposing Arundel Bypass Option 5A (the most damaging of three proposed options) by supporting the SDNPA application for Judicial Review.

Looks to be no real consultation , more like a steam roller approach. No consideration to Binsted and Tortington residents or landscape. Final straw when option selected is apparently moved at the request of one resident...impacting negatively 30 or so Tortington residents!!???

You need to concentrate on the Quality and long term outcome of a venture and not how much long term damage will result.

This horrendous bypass isn't necessary. There are other areas worst than here. Improve A27 not build something no one wants. It will destroy not just the park but people's home as well.

Please protect our wonderful countryside. A Bypass will encourage developers and all will be lost for the sake of a couple of minutes for car drivers so they can rush to the next bottleneck.

Route 5A will do irreparable damage to Binstead village, to ancient woodland and water meadows and to the National Park. It will also negatively impact on Slindon Common. This route is a dreadful choice based on misinformation and poor consultation.
