I used to live in Arundel and still visit often. I couldn’t bare it if the beautiful countryside got ruined.

Although I don't live locall, I know the area well. I am concerned by the damage this proposed route will cause to environment and wildlife. There are other less destructive options which are more appropriate.

I support this petition to keep this beautiful area intact for its wildlife, inhabitants and visitors to enjoy. The least disruptive and disfiguring option must always be chosen.

Destroying precious meadows and wildlife areas for mere traffic is ot a good idea. We multi.agely depend on nature, NOT cars, or business, or time, or money.

We have more than enough concrete already, without destroying even more of our beautiful, fast disappearing, countryside, flora and fauna

This is my favourite beautiful area in the whole country and I do not want it to sustain damage and spoiling.

Use the A27 on a regular basis visiting family in Shoreham but try to use bus when possible. We need to start thinking long term about environment not attempting to enhance convenience for a single species ( humans). Need to be custodians not destroyers.

It is harmful to cut off communities such as Binsted, Walberton, Tortington etc. for some scheme which will, in the end, make too little difference to traffic to justify the expense and destruction of our beautiful area.

The least intrusive by-pass route should be sought, leaving as much rural landscape untouched. The land cannot be really-taken, once lost. Preserve the countryside we have left.
Please keep our country green
