Working as a healthcare practitioner is a duty and privilege. We have all vowed to protect and save lives so do not let other interests deter us from this rewarding task. Lets come together and work alongside all the other health practitioners in mutual respect for colleagues and patients.. If we want changes in the health sector, we have to start by changing ourselves, our attitudes towards each other and be devoted to our duties. Doctors cant work efficiently without nurses, pharmacists or lab technicians and vice-versa. We all have important roles to play in our different fields. Lets learn to work together in harmony please and stop these prejudices that prevent us from giving the best possible care that the patients deserve from us..
