the problem of being a medical doctor in Nigeria is that......after your graduation you will be circled by the group of people who harbours jealousy and hatred in their minds and most of these people constitute our own friends whom were either dropped out from medical schools, were not successful for being admitted through various modes of absorption and so on. ironically however, even among the doctors, hatred is building up against those that decided not to run a residency training and those that engage in teaching basic medical services. for the fact that you have enemies outside, creating enemies within your palm is tantamount to future tsunami that if allowed to set in only God will save the noble profession.

Pls provide Job description for the caders of health workers so that everyone knows what their job is and everyone can stay in their own section. This is how to stop this anachy and fighting & be paid for the services you render on your own scale. We are not all the same bcoz we do not do the same things. Our jobs are different.
