Yes it is necessary to support and spread the awarenes about benefits , physical and mental stability that Ayurveda adheres as compared to allopathic medicines. It's our responsibility to save the natural form of healing and strengthening that Ayurveda provides.
We all know the side effects of allopathic medicine.
Ayurveda only demands extra in terms of discipline and routine.
