I believe that there is probably no one more deserving of being honored with a statue than Jack. He was there for every football game Miss State played for over 50 years. A statue of Jack in the Junction would be an excellent opportunity for everyone entering the stadium to remember this fine man on their way into the venue for a home game. There is not one Miss State game, football or basketball that I listen to or attend in person that I don't think of Jack. The statue is a great idea!

This man gave his life for our Dogs and I'm sure he is now smiling at the success happening now! He kept our name out there. Let's honor him!

No other greater honor could be bestowed on Mr. Maroon and White than to have him forever present on the Mississippi State campus
