Dear Mr Ban Ki-moon;

Too many innocent civilian and children lives has been sacrified in Gaza last few weeks. If there were civilian shelters, many of these lives would have been saved. And in order for those who were lost not to go in vain, we are advocating building underground shelters for the civilian popularion of Gaza to protect them from coming rounds of fighting. And the best time to do that is now, before the rebuilding process starts and to make it a precondition for rebuilding at the negotiation table.
