People make mistakes. We all know our criminal justice system is broken, and sentences are excessive. We also know that too many of our loved ones are targeted by law enforcement because of their looks, not their actions. Stop the PRR designation.

I grew up with this man. He's one of my best friends and I know for a fact that I wouldn't be here serving my country in the U. S. Coast Guard if it wasn't for him. He deserves a chance to prove that he's changed and can become a productive member of society.
