We recently moved to RM and didn’t realize how often we would be taking Scott Road to White Rock. We would feel a lot safer entering that intersection with a light there.

No "temporary fix." Make it permanently safe, from the very beginning.

Please consider the safety and well being of those using the connector to travel to and from Folsom and points beyond. Let's get it right the first time!

Turning left from Scott Road onto White Rock Road already is risky. The plan to “temporarily” require Scott Road travelers to only turn right from Scott Road onto White Rock Road AND have the u turn further up White Rock Road is a setup for a lawsuit by someone injured or losing someone from an accident occurring because of route. Avoid it, save money by not implementing a temporary setup and win win. Do the SMART thing.

As the new addition to the Capital Southeast Connector begins construction of the four lane highway between the new Bidwell Road and Prarie City Road - we ask your approval of, and funding for, a Scott Road intersection as part of the permanent long term solution.

I represent countless families as a Realtor in Rancho Murieta - it is imperative that the safety of our residents be addressed. Scott Road is an important connecting road for many of us and needs to be as safe as possible!

Scott road is more dangerous with every passing month. Between the ever growing potholes, frequent bicyclists on a road with zero shoulder and blind curves and hills, and erratic speeding vs. extremely slow drivers, the road is a fatal accident waiting to happen. The growth on the Folsom end of this area top of those existing hazards. Please make this a priority fix. Thank you for your consideration.

This such an easy solution there is no reason not to do it and solve this problem permanently. It has to be cheaper in the long run.

In the long-run, it’s much less expensive to do it right the first time
