A Resolution Regarding the Indiana Democratic National Committee Delegate Allocation
WHEREAS the Indiana Democratic Party's Democratic National Committee Delegation should be representative of the entire state; and
WHEREAS the Indiana Democratic Party is allocated three Democratic National Committee Delegates in addition to the automatic seats allocated to the State Party Chair and State Party Vice-Chair; and
WHEREAS the Indiana Democratic Party in compliance with the rules and bylaws governing the Democratic National Committee, maintains a 1:1 ratio of males to females in all party elected offices;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that We the Undersigned urge the Indiana Democratic Party to henceforth ensure that the Allocation of Democratic National Convention Delegate seats shall be AT LARGE to allow for a more democratic representation of the Indiana Democratic Party; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that We the Undersigned urge the Indiana Democratic Party to henceforth ensure that the Allocation of the Democratic National Committee Delegation shall be two females, and one male, to ensure that this historically underrepresented group shall receive just representation.

I am currently preparing to present these signatures to party leadership to ensure the proposed shift toward at-large representation is properly considered.
