Super delegates, if used, should be distributed among the candidates proportionally based on popular vote.

I think the line should read ..... reflect the state’s popular vote in 2016 AND IMMEDIATELY issue statements of neutrality to the media until they vote at Convention ......
I agree they should be abolished but the issue with that this year has already been stated.

Thank you for your thoughts Laura. I agree that super delegates do seem archaic, but we cannot remove super delegates at the state level, as their creation was done at the DNC level so their removal must occur there.

I prefer no super delegates. But, if we have them, their votes should reflect The People's votes.
