Signing for a valley pool, no location specified. I believe the two cities of N bend and Snoqualmie could find the best place for ALL residents. Snoqualmie or n Bend.

If taxes are used it must be available to all without a membership to the YMCA.

In many other regions, public community pools are expected and are a no brainer.

The Snoqualmie valley need to share responsibility/ funds for a pool! Everyone in the valley will use it not just one city and with the cost being so high, I see this as a great way to actually get a pool in this area.

A partnership between multiple organizers better spreads the costs through the region and allows for us to build a multi-use facility that meets the entire community's needs and not just one small part of that community.

Our communities need a public pool for everyone to enjoy

Agree! Snoqualmie doesn’t have the proper space for this and tax payers should not fund a YMCA pool.

I can't believe a community pool is still such a huge debate. Studies show that such a pool reduces drowning risk among kids. Additionally, a community pool would provide physical activity for all ages and serve as a gathering place for kids, etc. The longer this project is delayed, the more the price will go up. Communities much smaller than ours have a pool. We need to step up. These groups can do that and bring a pool to our community.

Both of my children have learned to swim at si view pool and I can't imagine the stress of not having a local option for teaching our children how to be safe surrounded by all of the beautiful waterways in our area. I am 100% supportive of a plan for a community pool, however we can make it happen.

It is imperative that Snoqualmie and North Bend work together on a proper aquatics facility, sufficient for our needs, rather than divide resources and under-serve the valley community. I don’t care where it’s built.

We owe it to our children to build a pool to teach swimming and water safety as well as enjoyment and exercise.
