I approved of my tax dollars contributing to the purchase of the additional rail trail corridor into the capital city of Concord.

What a great opportunity to connect the towns north of Concord with a safe, quick way to commute by bike. The current options involve roads that have either high traffic, minimal shoulders, or both. This would provide a more sustainable option for commuters and recreational opportunities alike.

I've seen first hand how a rail trail can dramatically impact a region in a positive way. I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA and the Great Allegheny Passage has been a game changer for a very depressed region. Now I live in Richmond, VA and the Virginia Capital Trail, which opened in October 2015, exceeded expectations in its very first year. I plan rail trail bike tours through my company, Road-Tested Bike Tours, and find that more and more people want to experience a region safely on two wheels. Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity!

It would be great to extend the rail trail while we have the opportunity. The present trail is enjoyed by many and is an asset to the state.

This is a tremendous opportunity to improve the health and wellness of NH residents and visitors alike which will also help the economy. I want my tax dollars to support this. Get people out on trails and off drugs. It is a no brainer and win win all around. Please look at parking. It is close to public transportation and downtown too. This will make Concord even more attractive to residents and businesses!

I fully support and encourage the state to purchase this RR corridor as our city becomes more proactive promoting healthy living in the outdoors.

I support the purchase of the recently abandoned railroad corridor between Boscawen and Concord and converting it to a rail trail.

I grew up in Andover, NH and when I return home we use the rail trail for biking and running. I see the rail trail as a really positive improvement in my home's community and would like to see that valuable resource supported by the state through the purchase of this land. Thank you!

How wonderful it would be to connect Concord to Lebanon. This section would complete the trail. Let's do it!

I am a former resident of Concord (10yrs). I believe this trail will benefit the citizens of Concord and the surrounding area. I would use it. Concord needs more ways to tie itself to the recreational activities that attract tourism to so many areas north of Concord. The state should strive to have Concord be more than a speed bump on the way to the lakes and mountains.

Great opportunity to encourage biking that is safe and provides healthy exercise in an urban area.
