This is a great opportunity to show the extent to which you care about the quality of life of New Hampshire residents.

As an early and avid user of the Northern Rail Trail, and as a tourist who seeks out rail trails wherever I vacation, it is of inestimable benefit to NH tourism to sustain the development of the NRT by extending it to Concord from Boscawen. In fact making a plan to connect Concord with Manchester by rail trail would be another fantastic opportunity!

The Concord area is a missing link in a trail network spanning the state from Lebanon to Salem. Connecting the capital region would be great for Concord and have a statewide impact.

Have you considered going to Concord Rotary for financial support? They give grants to capital projects, so you could makes requests for a specific project related to the overall project. Google Concord Rotary . . .

This is probably the most important alternative transportation development opportunity of the decade... maybe the century!

We already use the Northern Rail Trail for walking, biking, and skiing. Would love to see in run into Concord!

It is critically important for the state to preserve existing rail corridors for future rail and recreation purposes.

I live along this corridor. It is beautiful, it would provide a safe route for children, teens, and adults to walk/bike to downtown Concord. It also offers a safe connection to the bike trail in Boscawen which I also use often. This opportunity should not be overlooked by anyone - it will offer opportunity to downtown business and tourism. It also is ripe for some historical education as is done along the Boscawen trail. Please do not let this go to private sale!

These types of trails enable road-shy cyclists to use their bicycles for transportation. This means less cars and better air quality!
