Let's buy it! It would be another amazing investment in downtown Concord.

I am strongly in favor of having a rail trail through our capital city, connecting to trails to both the north and south. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a key piece of property which would allow that.

The rail trail in the Upper Valley is the one of the best parts of living here. I hope all people in NH can have access to a great rail trail!

We should do the same thing as in Wolfeboro. Keep the rails and make it a trail with rail. That way everyone can enjoy it, railcar operators, railbike riders, and bicyclists.

This will make New Hampshire more friendly to younger families which is more important as we see our population aging.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and it will continue the recent positive transformation of the downtown Concord area.

I support creating a rail-with-trail, similar to the successful Cotton Valley Rail Trail in Wolfeboro. This concept will increase the number of stakeholders. This a proven concept, and has less environment impact than other trail designs.
