The bishop in our district placed "her Duke Friend" in our strong church after her track record of ruining her previous churches. She took a church with an average of 220 weekly to 20.

Allow the churches to have their churches and property! My great grandfather and family and small rural community have maintained a small UMC for over 100 years while still paying annually to the WVUMC. I am not signing for any reason other than if a church chooses to separate they should be allowed to continue services in the church their community has built and for the most part maintained through their parishioners. Do the right thing.

This is bait and switch, political interference, and infringing on freedom of religion.

I was born and raised in the Methodist church. I think that the property should stay with the Believers that built and cared for the churches.

Please let congregations keep the churches they have built and paid for. This clause should be used to beat churches into submission.

May God bless all of you who are taking a stand for Christ and His scriptures. It is time Christians take a stand and fight against the devil trying to take over our churches and country! It certainly seems that the leadership in the Methodist Church has disappointed Christians and let so many down and are willing, sadly, to welcome the world's ungodly ways. Thank you so much and may God bless your efforts to do what's right.

America was built on the promise of religious freedom and freedom to live free. Why do a few in conferences decide the fate of all.
